In a suitable bowl, let’s beat the feta cheese and sugar with a mixer. I used Pınar feta cheese while I was making it.
Then let’s add each one by one and add the eggs by beating separately.
Let’s add the flour on it and continue beating.
Finally, let’s add our liquid cream, let’s beat for a few more minutes.
After lubricating the inside of our circle mold with margarine or butter, let’s cover our mold with the baking paper we cut. The circle pattern I used was 20 cm.
Let’s pour our dough into the mold and bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 45-50 minutes.
After our cheesecake is cooked, let’s open the oven and let it cool for 1 hour in it.
After our cake has cooled, you can remove it from the mold, you can serve it after decorating it as you want. Bon appetit.
Preparation of pepperoni pizza
Let’s put the flour in the kneading bowl and open the middle in the form of a pool.
Let’s start kneading our dough by gradually adding instant yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil and warm water to the center of the flour. You can use it in half a pack of fresh yeast instead of Instant yeast.
Let’s get a dough that does not stick to the hand with a soft consistency.
Let’s cover our collected dough with cling film and leave it to ferment for about 30 minutes.
Let’s open the fermented dough and take the dough on the counter where we sprinkle flour.
Let’s divide it into 2 equal parts after we collect it again with our hands and get its air. If you want to prepare a thin dough pizza, you can divide the same dough into 3 parts.
Let’s open the piece we cut into a meringue and on the counter where we sprinkle flour with the help of a roller. You can ensure that it does not stick to the roller by lightly sprinkled with flour.
Before we put the dough we opened on the pizza tray, let’s check if the size is suitable.
Let’s take the dough we opened in the pizza tray we floured and fix it with our hands.
If you wish, you can also prepare it by spreading baking paper on a normal baking sheet or by sprinkling corn flour under it.
With the help of a fork, let’s make holes on the entire surface of our dough so that the dough will not swell while cooking.
Let’s bake our dough for 10 minutes by replying the pizza tray into the 200° oven we preheated.
While our dough is cooking, let’s mix it well by adding tomato sauce, olive oil, dried basil and thyme for the pizza sauce.
Let’s take our half-cooked dough from the oven and put it on the sauce we prepared. If we apply it well towards the edges, it will blush better on the edges.
Let’s place a lot of grated mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese grater on the tomato sauce.
Let’s add sliced sausage, sliced sausage, dried tomato, sliced mushrooms and corn grains to it.
Finally, let’s put our pizza back in the oven and let it cook for another 20 minutes in a 200° oven.
